It is with heavy hearts that the Hubbard and Johnson families announce the passing of their sister, mother , grandmother, aunt and cousin on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at the Somerton Nursing Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Funeral was held at the Christ International Baptist Church in Philadelphia.
